This spicy sauce is definitely reminiscent of Old Saigon. The extra hotness will make your stir-fry stand out with a Southeast Asian tone. Use it as a spicy condiment, too.

Ingredients: sugar, vinegar, soy sauce (water, wheat, soybeans, salt), water, sesame seed oil, onion powder, anchovy paste, dehydrated garlic, salt, modified cornstarch, spices, hydrolyzed wheat and soy protein, disodium inosinate and disodium guanylate, xanthan gum, less than 1/10th of 1% sodium benzoate as a preservative, dehydrated cilantro, natural flavors.
